our pricing

We try to be very transparent with our pricing so there are no surprises. Our prices are structured around how much time we anticipate a project will take to complete and what resources will be required to complete the task. We strive to factor all these things into each project so we can offer consistent and predictable pricing. We do charge extra for excessive revisions and for changes once a project has been approved and is live. Our quoted fees are for design services only (unless otherwise stated in your quote) and does not include third-party charges or production costs.

Let us act as your in house agency and keep your branding message consistent across all your marketing mediums. We offer a few different plans including a monthly 10 hour and 20 hour plan. Typically this plan would be for clients that need us to manage their website and/or app, social media integrations, simple ad an marketing material designs as needed.

You can have the greatest website in the world but if it doesn’t show up in searches what’s the point? Using professional quality photographs and art is a must! We will help find the right images for your project to project the most professional and aesthetically appealing look for your site. Of course if you have awesome high quality images of your own we are happy to implement them into your site.
Basic Contact & Lead Generation Forms
We can create basic contact forms, mailing list sign up forms and lead generation forms so you are able to easily capture actionable information from your site visitors. If you need more complex forms like employment applications, surveys, etc we can of course create those as well as an upgrade. Be sure to ask about our custom digital form options.
Custom Geo Location Maps
if you are a locally based business trying to drive more traffic through your doors this is a must! Most people visit a website looking for your contact information and how to find you. We can include maps with GPS driving directions to your location so your customers can easily find you.
Monthly Hosting (Optional)
We can host your site for you on our hosting platform if you’d like or recommend a hosting solution if you want your own hosting platform. We use and recommend Bluehost as we have had great success using Bluehost over the years. Their hosting platform is affordable, reliable and works beautifully with all the software, programs and platforms we use. Our site and all our designs are built using Macs and Bluehost integrates very well with all we do and supports the latest in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML5 etc which we use in developing our sites. Please note: If you choose a different hosting platform (which is fine as long as they support our platforms) additional fees may be incurred.

What’s not included (but can be added on)?

Domain Name
You are responsible for the cost of purchasing your domain name and the yearly renewal. We can handle this for you or assist you in making the purchase and the fee will be added to your project invoice. We highly recommend and prefer using Bluehost for domain purchases and hosting solutions, but can work with pretty much any domain reseller as long as we can point the DNS to our hosting solution.
Content Creation
We understand that coming up with the content for your site can often be the most challenging part of website creation so we help to guide you with what to say and how to say it. We give you excellent guidelines for what type of content is needed to make your website great, but ultimately no one knows your business better than you and likely you have much of the content together already. If you feel overwhelmed and need help we are happy to help produce your content but I think you will find our process makes it pretty easy for you to do it yourself.
Copywriting
Sometimes knowing how to say what you want and need to say is challenging, and writing content that propels people to take action can be tricky. If you’d like us to help write your copy we charge $40/hour to write it for you. Ask for a quote if you need help with writing your copy.
eCommerce Solutions
Do you want to sell products and services on your site? We can help. We can help you choose and integrate the right e-commerce solution and payment processing solutions for your needs. Fees start at $275 to add and integrate an eCommerce solution to your site. Third party fees not included.
Customized Forms
If you need customized forms to gather content from your customer, employees or prospects - like contracts, employment applications, surveys and such we can create custom digital forms for you and install them right n your website. Ask for a quote.
Membership Site Integration/Login area
Want to add functionality to your site such as a members only area, a private forum or employee only access. We have some awesome solutions to meet your needs. Ask for a quote.
IDX Integration for REALTORS®
We work with realtors quite frequently and have some awesome solutions for adding IDX search functionality and lead generation to your website.
Third Party Charges
We work with a lot of different third-party solutions that can add amazing functionality to your site. Any additional fees for the integration of these platforms are the responsibility of the client. We of course will notify you of these fees prior to implementing any third party solutions.
NEW!! Edit your own site with a custom CMS system.
Because our websites are not built using templates and are custom for each client we were not able to offer a CMS (Content Management System) in the past. We now have an awesome solution so if you want the ability to edit the content on your site we can do that as well.

  • Why should I do business with you?

    I'm really good at what I do. ;) I've been doing Advertising, Marketing and Design for over 23 years now. I always strive to give my customers more than they expect. I am professional, easy to work and communicate with.

    I believe I put a piece of me into each project I do so therefore I try to choose my clients carefully and to work with clients that I understand their business and how best to promote it.

    I create custom solutions for each client based on their needs. I'm not just using a prebuilt template and putting your information into it. So you will never get a cookie cutter site from me.

    Plus, my mind is brimming with great ideas... just waiting to put in to action.

  • Your prices ARE great! How are you able to offer such great rates?

    I am so blessed to be able to do most of my work from my home office. Since I do not have the overhead of an expensive office space I am able to pass those savings on to my customers.

    Plus, as a small business owner myself I understand the needs and struggles of small businesses. I specialize in working with startups and small to medium sized independently owned businesses, and have priced my services with their needs (and budgets) in mind.

    I try to take on projects that are well suited to my wheelhouse, if a customer wants something beyond my abilities I have great companies to refer them to do that can meet their needs.

  • What are your payment terms?

    I absolutely LOVE being creative and doing what I do. I'd do it for free if I could, but alas, I'm a single mom with a business to run and two kids to feed and provide for, so as much as I wish I could just design beautiful things all the time for free I have to charge for my services. Here are my terms:

    Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise noted.

    Projects under $350 are paid in advance prior to the job start.

    Projects over $350 are billed at 50% up front with balance due within 60 days or upon completion of project (prior to publishing) if sooner than 60 days. I reserve the right to maintain control of all design work until payment in full has been received.

    Deposit is required to start a project and establish project start date.

    Monthly fees are due on either the 1st or the 15th of the month and will be set up as a recurring debit.

    Custom projects may require customized terms.

    Late fees are assessed when a payment is 15 days late. If a website or app project becomes more than 30 days past due your site may be taken down until payment is made.

    There will be a $36 charge on all returned checks

    I reserve the right to maintain control of all design work until payment in full has been received.


  • What is your turn around time?

    That of course depends on my workload. Simple design projects I can typically turn within a week and sometimes within a few days, websites and apps typically take a few weeks. If you have a specific deadline let me know and I will do my very best to make your deadline.

    Of course, turnaround also depends on when I have all the content such as copy, artwork and photos necessary to start a job. The quicker I get the needed info, the quicker i get your job completed.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    Cash is king of course! :) I accept checks, PayPal and can accept most major credit cards. Invoicing and contract are sent electronically with the option to pay via debit or credit card.

    Monthly Fees are set up on automatic debit via credit/debit card.

    There will be a $36 charge on all returned checks

  • Are there any additional costs I need to know about?

    I try to be very transparent with my pricing. The posted pricing quoted on this site cover the design fees. Printing and production costs are not included, but I have excellent resources for printing that I am very happy to share with my clients. It will save you a ton of money. ;)

    My pricing is based on the customer providing all content for a project - including written copy, artwork and photos. Should I have to purchase artwork or take photos for a project it is charged at my cost.

    Copy writing is a service I offer and am happy to provide a quote if you need help coming up with what to say and how to say it. My rate for this is $40 per hour, billable in 15 minute increments. Ask for a quote.

    If you need ongoing content management for your website or app please ask for a quote.

    Payment for web hosting, domain names, and any third party providers integrated into your app or website, etc… are separate from design services and are the responsibility of the client.
